So my dear cousin thinks I have been avoiding Xanga....humm....now that I have gotten on and see how long it has been since I posted...I see where she is coming from.

Sorry...I haven't been meaning to neglect you all....just been exceptionally busy.  And yes, I have been on Facebook, but I can up date there in a matter if seconds.  But anyway, we are all doing well.  Oscar is still going away most weeks to work, leaving me to look after the farm and the kids on my own.  This week is easier because the chickens are out at the moment.  We are happy he has work, even if it makes family life a bit difficult at times.

Marten has turned 3 and potty trained completely the week before.  Marci had her 8th birthday and seems to be growing up way to fast.

Not too much else to report on at the moment....I am tired and headed off to bed....or rather...the couch.  The kids were sure that I would be too loney in my bed all by myself....so they are all sacked out in it....except for Adam.   They pretty much take up the whole bed...and honestly...the couch looks much more inviting to me then that jumble of arms and legs tossing and turning and kicking in every direction.

Child #1....."Mine smells like it just had a fresh bath and put on clean clothes."

This is Marcia...my practical, down-to-earth, common sense girl.  She likes girly things if they don't take too long or too much primping and if there isn't a more exciting "tomboy" activity going on.

Child #2...."Mine smells like fluffy, white clouds, a feild full of pretty flowers and lots of beautiful butterflies."

This would definately be Anita....She is my over-the-top, diva, princess who wants everything in her life to be exceptionally beautiful, pretty, colorful and simply lovely.  All the frills in the world wouldn't be too much for her.

Child #3... "Mine smells like it just rolled around in rotten meat and bad eggs!"

And yes, that would be Antony... my completely country boy that has a fascination with all things gross or disgusting at the moment...and if it makes someone say 'yuck!', 'gross' or even better,  run away screaming or holding their breath, it is just plain "COOL!" in his sight!
